Digital Content Creator & Graphic Designer
Location: Hybrid (4 days remote, 1 day in-office – Morningside, Sandton) Salary: R20,000–R25,000 CTC/month (depending on experience and portfolio) Reports to: Head of Design Employment Type: Full-time
Mission for the Role (Why this job exists):
To create world-class, on-brand digital content that amplifies our message, drives engagement, and supports internal and client campaigns — while freeing up studio time and reducing workload on the design team.
Outcomes
You will be measured on your ability to:
Deliver 100% of all internal design briefs on time and in brand (Green Media & Grapevine Media)
Create and schedule 12–20 pieces of social content per week, including static posts, reels, and carousels
Develop original creative concepts for key campaigns and product launches (min. 2 per month)
Produce original media content (photos, AI visuals, CapCut edits) for use across platforms
Support client-facing work where studio capacity allows (target: <20% of time)
Operate independently once briefed, while collaborating effectively with the Head of Design
Be proactive in learning and using new tools, especially AI, to streamline creation
Key Responsibilities
Design digital and print materials for campaigns and internal comms
Take and edit photography for social and brand content
Edit short-form video content using tools like CapCut and AI editors
Create and schedule social media posts across platforms
Develop creative ideas and visual concepts for campaigns
Support client work when capacity allows

Experience & Skills Required
3–5 years experience in graphic design, content creation, or similar
Strong portfolio showing visual range, layout, and content thinking
Proficiency in:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Canva
CapCut or similar video editing tools
Meta Business Suite or similar scheduling platforms
Strong understanding of social platforms and brand tone
Willingness to adapt and use AI and new creative tech
