    • Collaborate with tech teams to manage registration, scoring, and in-bay experience.
  • In-Venue Activation & Traffic Drivers
    • Brainstorm ways to bring people into venues through unique programming (e.g., themed nights, food pairings, brand collabs).
    • Align with marketing on promotions, digital materials, and social rollout.
    • Track performance and share learnings across the franchise network.
  • Membership & Retention Strategy
    • Help develop and refine tiered membership models based on player needs and usage trends.
    • Propose member benefits, referral mechanics, and exclusive content offerings.
    • Assist with documentation and pilot programs to test new concepts.
  • Cross-Team Communication & Launch Support
    • Work across departments to ensure programs are technically feasible and properly promoted.
    • Write playbooks, checklists, and SOPs for new programs, ensuring smooth handoff to franchisees.
    • Help coordinate venue rollouts and track real-world execution.

  • Organized and collaborative, able to manage multiple projects with various stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
