Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and can lead and train a team to do the same.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor our customer service team, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures that consistently maintain a high level of service.
Address and resolve escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement, then implement the necessary changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience throughout the company.
Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of the customer service team.
Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new customer service team members.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to keep team members informed and up-to-date on company policies and industry developments.
Represent the company at industry events, promoting our brand and products while networking with potential clients and partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Bilingual (Korean and English)
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service management role.
Consistently provides excellent customer service that is quick, personalized, and empathetic.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing customer service teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Interest in and knowledge of golf and the golf industry is a plus.
