Job Description: 

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and can lead and train a team to do the same.  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and mentor our customer service team, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback. 

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures that consistently maintain a high level of service. 

  • Address and resolve escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner. 

  • Analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement, then implement the necessary changes to enhance customer satisfaction. 

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience throughout the company. 

  • Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of the customer service team. 

  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new customer service team members. 

  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to keep team members informed and up-to-date on company policies and industry developments. 

  • Represent the company at industry events, promoting our brand and products while networking with potential clients and partners. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. 

  • Bilingual (Korean and English)

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service management role. 

  • Consistently provides excellent customer service that is quick, personalized, and empathetic.  

  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing customer service teams. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 

  • Experience in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 

  • Interest in and knowledge of golf and the golf industry is a plus.

Salary Range: $60K-$80K
