As a BDA, you'll spearhead the management and expansion of our indoor golf retail locations, foster strong partnerships with owners, craft ingenious sales and marketing strategies to supercharge revenue and profitability, and play a pivotal role in creating marketing materials and brochures that showcase our offerings. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Nurture a portfolio of indoor golf retail locations.

  • Architect and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to ignite revenue and profitability. 

  • Foster enduring relationships with owners to ensure their contentment and triumph. 

  • Provide expert guidance, training, and unwavering support to owners across all facets of their business. 

  • Scout and secure promising new retail locations. 

  • Make your mark at trade shows and networking events to boost brand recognition and generate leads. 

  • Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. 

  • Collaborate in the creation of captivating marketing materials and brochures that effectively showcase our offerings. 

  • Furnish comprehensive reports on sales, revenue, and retail performance to senior management. 

  • Deliver an unparalleled customer service experience to owners and patrons alike. 

Qualifications: 

  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 

  • Proven background in sales, business development, or retail management. 

  • Preference for candidates with prior experience in the golf industry. 

  • Exceptional leadership and communication talents. 

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively oversee and expand a sales territory. 

  • Proven track record of crafting and executing successful sales and marketing strategies. 

  • Top-notch problem-solving skills and analytical acumen. 

  • Impeccable attention to detail and a penchant for independent work. 

  • Willingness to embark on occasional travel.
