We are looking for a Remote Business Developer to join our innovative start-up.
In order to grow our business in the Web3 space, we are looking to hire an experienced, crypto-native Business Developer who can amplify our presence, aggressively execute an outbound lead strategy and make DAO proposals.
This role requires experience participating in decentralized governance as well as pursuing new business via cold outreach and existing relationships.
Get Verso is a Paris-based start-up specializing in building web3 mobile software.
Our extremely passionate team works tirelessly to bridge the gap for good UX and web3 protocols. We strive to maintain an atmosphere that fosters innovation and new ideas through collaboration.
Responsibilities:
• Scanning the web3 market for new clients and conducting end to end business development process from lead generation to close
• Qualifying existing business development opportunities and moving over the finish line
• Working with some of the leading DeFi projects in web3
• Conducting research on new ways how to use Get Verso products for our existing partners
• Work closely with the management team on new ways of driving growth
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to attract and expand relationships with partners, both new and existing.
• Accelerate the adoption of Get Verso solutions

Requirements:
• At least 2 years experience within web3/defi/crypto
• You have a crypto-native network
• You’ve successfully sold products/services to DAOs through governance processes
• Technical selling experience, preferably web3 solutions
• Web3 native using DeFi protocols and web3 every day
• Track record of managing partners, closing deals, and overachieving your revenue goals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and management skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Finance
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and having ambitious targets
• Well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive personality
