Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a customer-focused, highly motivated Client Services Administrator to provide support to our team and clients.
As Client Services Administrator you will support both the Customer Success and Sales Admin team in day-to-day operations. Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this position involves engaging with business stakeholders at senior levels and collaborating with the Customer Success team within Get Support.
Responsibilities include supporting the Customer Success team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as facilitating software and license renewals, answering invoice queries, some client reports and any other administrative tasks to support the Customer Success team.
Additionally, the Administrator will take the lead in ensuring timely provision of quotes and addressing other commercial enquiries.

Key Skills, Requirements and Experience:
Entry-level role.
Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required. Previous experience liaising for quotations is a plus.
Adaptability and willingness to learn. Strong client service and communication skills. Willingness to independently work within a framework. Will consider graduates.

Location: Eynsham (office-based with site visits when required)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary: £25k - £28k, dependant on experience
