Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Take the lead in building a dynamic team by crafting compelling job ads, screening top talent, and coordinating interview schedules seamlessly.
• Design onboarding experiences that empower new hires, ensuring their transition into the company is smooth, welcoming, and impactful.

2. Employee Relations:

• Champion employee engagement by supporting programs that boost motivation, productivity, and satisfaction across teams.
• Play a key role in managing benefits and cultivating strong, positive relationships within the organization.

3. HR Policy & Compliance:

• Help shape forward-thinking HR policies that align with our mission of innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability.
• Ensure smooth operations by maintaining legal compliance and optimizing HR data systems for maximum efficiency.

4. HR Projects & Events:

• Contribute to meaningful HR projects, including employee engagement programs, impactful training initiatives, and wellness campaigns.
• Organize vibrant team-building activities, workshops, and company events that foster collaboration, creativity, and a thriving culture.

 

What You Will Learn:

 

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and managing HR tools for productivity.
• Developing HR strategies and understanding employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Exposure to employment laws, compliance, and HR software in a fast-paced environment.

 

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
•  Passionate about people management and company culture with strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; HR software experience is a plus.
• Organized, able to multitask, and work independently or within a team.
