What You'll Do: Develop AI systems that accelerate scientific discovery by connecting researchers globally, identifying breakthrough opportunities, and automating key aspects of the research process. Your work involves developing intelligent literature review systems that can synthesize findings from thousands of papers, building AI tools that can identify the most promising research proposals and funding opportunities, and creating collaboration platforms that can match researchers with complementary expertise and interests. Additionally, you'll architect systems that can automate routine research tasks like data collection and preliminary analysis, build AI assistants that can help researchers design better experiments and interpret results, and develop impact prediction models that can forecast which research directions are most likely to yield breakthrough discoveries.
