What You'll Do: Lead the development of AI-powered creative workflows that revolutionize how designers approach their craft. You'll architect intelligent design systems that understand aesthetic principles, user psychology, and brand identity to automate repetitive tasks while amplifying human creativity. Your responsibilities include building machine learning models that can analyze design trends, predict user preferences, and generate design variations that maintain brand consistency. You'll create AI assistants that can transform rough sketches into polished concepts, optimize layouts for different screen sizes automatically, and suggest color palettes based on psychological impact and cultural context. Additionally, you'll develop natural language processing systems that can interpret creative briefs and translate them into actionable design parameters, while building computer vision algorithms that can analyze existing designs and suggest improvements based on usability principles and aesthetic best practices.
