If you have several years of experience in equity research and now want to join a team where you can take on responsibilities, we have an excellent network in the small and mid-cap community and act as an innovative platform provider for the exchange between listed companies and institutional investors.

We create high-quality research publications and organize diverse capital market events at home and abroad. We have a strategic partnership with DONNER & REUSCHEL Bank in the areas of ECM and DCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Building your own sector coverage and tracking relevant market and competition topics.
• Responsibility for training our junior team.
• Assisting in the final approval of our research publications.
• Organizing and moderating virtual round tables and earnings calls.
• Intensive networking with high-profile corporate executives and investors.
• Presenting and developing your own investment ideas and diverse market analyses.
• Conducting company visits and participating in Capital Markets Days.

Top Requirements

• Several years of experience in stock and company valuation at a research firm, bank, or asset manager.
• In-depth knowledge of the German small and mid-cap market and a passion for stock picking.
• Enjoyment of sales and interacting with customers.
• Representative appearance, high dedication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. CFA certification.
