The Marketing Manager is responsible for maximizing our business in the Spain market. Aiming to acquire new customers and revenues, respectively. The Marketing Manager will ensure that brand plans and campaigns are executed appropriately fitting the local market. The role is part of a large matrix organization and will work closely with the local marketing team and the central commercial organization.
Core tasks
Develop, evaluate, and optimize marketing and promotional strategies for the Spanish market
Increase brand awareness and market share for gaming products
Generating new business leads
Analyzing market trends, competitors and campaigns
Create marketing campaigns based on data and customer insights
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
Coordinating marketing plans with other departments
Organizing customer and promotional events
Managing the marketing department's budget
Managing the marketing department's staff
Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to the group and senior management
Must have requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or similar
At least 3 years of experience as a marketing manager
Fluent in English and native in Spanish
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Data-driven
Positive can-do attitude
