Job Summary: We are a dynamic digital marketing agency seeking an experienced Sales Team Member to join our team. As a Sales Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to generate Google sales for the agency. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our digital marketing services, negotiating contracts, and increasing productivity within the sales team. Your strong sales skills, persuasive communication, and ability to build relationships will contribute to the growth and success of our agency.
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to generate Google sales for the agency.
- Conduct market research to identify target industries and potential clients for digital marketing services.
- Present and promote our digital marketing services to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring a win-win agreement for both parties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and changes in the digital marketing landscape.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team goals.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager.
- Foster a positive and collaborative sales team environment, sharing best practices and knowledge.
- Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and negotiation skills through training and self-development.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong track record of successful sales performance, meeting or exceeding targets.
- In-depth knowledge of Google products and services, with a focus on Google Ads and related offerings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, strategies, and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
