Job Brief:

Planning, coordinating, and supervising the employment of new employees. Acting as a liaison between management and staff, advise business executives on strategic planning. Payroll Calculation. Maintaining the workflow in the office, Hiring Process and Interviews.
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years.


Responsibilities:

  • Hiring Correct Employees
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Handling workplace investigations, terminations, etc.
  • Oversee and manage the performance review process
  • Ensuring employees are aware of company policies

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • 1+ Years Experience
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Proficient in MS Office
