Job Summary: We are a fast-paced digital marketing agency seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and productivity enhancement. Your expertise in hiring and negotiating with employees will contribute to building a skilled and motivated workforce, thereby driving the agency's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various positions within the agency.
  • Conduct thorough job analyses and create accurate job descriptions for open positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate the selection process in collaboration with department managers.
  • Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and employment contracts with potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the agency.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
  • Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Identify training and development needs within the agency and coordinate relevant programs or initiatives.
  • Stay updated with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as employee turnover, retention, and productivity, and provide reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). A master's degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
