About the Team
We are looking for a passionate engineering leader to build a mobile app from scratch for a stealth mode fitness startup. The team is led by the founders of winni.in and Ex-Oracle engineer.. You will be reporting to the founders.
This is an amazing opportunity to be an early engineer in a high-growth, high-potential startup starting bootstrapping its team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering the mobile app end to end for the startup.
Salary-Package 12L+
Responsibilities
- Bootstrap the team and rapidly bring the team up to speed.
- Provide leadership to a team of engineers building software and capabilities at scale, maintaining high engineering and quality standards.
- Spend 60% of your time architecting and developing the software.
- Articulate and execute the requirements clearly with founders.
About You
- Bachelors or Masters in computer science.
- At least 6+ years of software development experience in building highly scalable and performant systems
- Deep, hands-on programming and technical design skills with demonstrated willingness and capability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong coding, communication skills, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of frontend development.
- Exposure to frontend technologies & languages such as Android, iOS, Java, Swift, ReactJS, JavaScript.
- Comfort in working in short, agile, iterative development cycles
- Entrepreneurial spirit, priding yourself on getting things done with a high level of quality
