Job Brief: The Pest Solution Specialist is responsible for inspecting and treating properties for pests, including insects, rodents, and wildlife. They will also educate customers on pest prevention and exclusion measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pest biology and control methods, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities: 

• Inspect commercial and residential properties for signs of pest infestation
• Identify the type of pest and recommend the appropriate treatment method
• Apply pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with EPA regulations
• Set traps and baits to capture and exclude pests
• Inspect treated areas to ensure that pests have been eliminated
• Educate customers on pest prevention and control measures
• Maintain accurate records of pest control treatments
• Operate and maintain pest control equipment
• Comply with all safety regulations

Skills Required: 

• Excellent customer service skills
• State certifications: General, Structural, Laws and Safety certifications
• Strong understanding of pest biology and control methods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 0 - 2 years of experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
