We are seeking a WHMCS Order Management Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in managing orders and customer support on the WHMCS platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing & Management:
- Process, verify, and manage incoming orders on WHMCS.
- Resolve issues related to pending, failed, or incorrect orders promptly.
- Ensure timely subscription renewals and handle cancellations as per company policy.
- Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, billing, and payments.
- Troubleshoot common issues related to WHMCS operations.
- Provide guidance on subscription and renewal options.
- Payment & Billing Management:
- Verify payment statuses and resolve discrepancies with payment gateways.
- Generate and share invoices and receipts with customers.
- WHMCS Maintenance:
- Update product details, prices, and offers in the WHMCS system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to fix minor platform bugs.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Generate order and sales reports regularly for management.
- Document recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any bachelor’s degree (preferred: IT, Commerce, or Business-related fields).
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with WHMCS.
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in WHMCS operations (order management, billing, and product setup).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of payment gateways and troubleshooting techniques.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Work Hours:
- Full-time, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (may vary depending on workload).
