We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a keen eye for identifying top IT talent. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for our technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to source qualified IT candidates.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, assess technical skills, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical leads.

Candidate Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Posting & Advertising: Create and post job descriptions on appropriate platforms, ensuring they attract the right candidates.

Technical Assessment: Collaborate with technical teams to develop and administer assessments and technical interviews.

Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of qualified IT professionals.

Offer Management: Negotiate offers, manage communication with candidates, and facilitate the hiring process.

Market Research: Stay updated on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform recruitment strategies.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and status.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.

Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and referrals.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical professionals.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, meeting deadlines and targets.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
