We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and attracting top talent across various domains. This role requires expertise in identifying both technical (IT) and non-technical (Non-IT) candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and meeting organizational hiring needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment Process:

    • End-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and conducting initial interviews.
    • Understanding job descriptions and collaborating with hiring managers to refine requirements.
  2. Sourcing Candidates:

    • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
    • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  3. Candidate Assessment:

    • Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit through various assessment techniques.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams to meet staffing requirements.
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand team needs.
  5. Job Advertising and Employer Branding:

    • Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract top talent.
    • Promote the company as an employer of choice.
  6. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
    • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.
  7. Market Research:

    • Keep abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and new recruitment strategies for IT and non-IT domains.
  8. Compliance:

    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Skills Required

  • For IT Recruitment:

    • Knowledge of IT technologies, software development lifecycles, and industry trends.
    • Familiarity with hiring for roles like developers, network engineers, data analysts, etc.
  • For Non-IT Recruitment:

    • Understanding of diverse domains such as sales, marketing, operations, and HR.
    • Ability to adapt recruitment strategies for different industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

  • Time management and multitasking skills.
