About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Intern / Junior Web Developer who has a good understanding of HTML and CSS and is interested in building and maintaining responsive, user-friendly websites.
The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have a basic understanding of web development, and be comfortable working with the development team to implement website designs and improve existing web pages.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web pages using HTML and CSS.
- Create responsive and mobile-friendly website layouts.
- Convert design layouts into functional web pages.
- Ensure websites are visually consistent and user-friendly.
- Write clean, structured, and maintainable HTML/CSS code.
- Work with senior developers to implement website features and updates.
- Fix basic UI, layout, and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Optimize web pages for performance and responsiveness.
- Assist in testing websites across different browsers and devices.
- Learn and work with basic JavaScript and other web technologies as required.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams on website improvements.
Required Skills
Must Have:
- Good understanding of HTML5
- Good understanding of CSS3
- Basic knowledge of Responsive Web Design
- Understanding of Flexbox and CSS Grid
- Basic knowledge of browser developer tools
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies
Good to Have:
- Basic JavaScript knowledge
- Knowledge of Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
Education
- B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc. IT, BCA, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and candidates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
