About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The HR Manager will play a critical role in ensuring our organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in HR strategy, operations, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Oversee the entire hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
    • Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  2. Employee Relations and Engagement

    • Foster a positive work culture and resolve employee grievances effectively.
    • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
    • Act as a liaison between management and employees to maintain open communication.
  3. Training and Development

    • Identify skill gaps and organize relevant training programs for employees.
    • Develop leadership and professional development initiatives.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.
  4. Performance Management

    • Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.
    • Develop strategies for employee retention and career growth.
  5. Policy Development and Compliance

    • Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
    • Ensure company adherence to employment laws and regulations.
    • Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR compliance standards are met.
  6. Compensation and Benefits

    • Design competitive compensation packages and benefits programs.
    • Manage payroll, incentives, and performance bonuses.
    • Analyze market trends to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  7. HR Analytics and Reporting

    • Track HR metrics to measure the success of HR initiatives.
    • Prepare reports on employee performance, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

    Salary Range:
    Freshers
     1,20,000 (Negotiable)
