About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The HR Manager will play a critical role in ensuring our organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in HR strategy, operations, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Oversee the entire hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Employee Relations and Engagement
- Foster a positive work culture and resolve employee grievances effectively.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to maintain open communication.

Training and Development
- Identify skill gaps and organize relevant training programs for employees.
- Develop leadership and professional development initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.

Performance Management
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.
- Develop strategies for employee retention and career growth.

Policy Development and Compliance
- Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Ensure company adherence to employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR compliance standards are met.

Compensation and Benefits
- Design competitive compensation packages and benefits programs.
- Manage payroll, incentives, and performance bonuses.
- Analyze market trends to ensure alignment with industry standards.

HR Analytics and Reporting
- Track HR metrics to measure the success of HR initiatives.
- Prepare reports on employee performance, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Salary Range:
Freshers 1,20,000 (Negotiable)
