Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance. The candidate should have good communication skills and a sound understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
Conduct employee onboarding and induction
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
Manage attendance, leave, and employee data
Handle employee exit formalities (F&F, exit interviews)
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives
Assist in performance management processes
4. Compliance & Policies
Ensure adherence to HR policies and company guidelines
Support audits and HR reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
1–2 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment
Good knowledge of HR processes and basic labour laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation
Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT / Startup / Corporate environment
Knowledge of HRMS tools
