Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:
- Develop and design visual content for various platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, packaging, and more.
- Create graphics, illustrations, logos, and other design elements that reflect the brand’s identity.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and ideas.

Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all design work is consistent with the company’s branding guidelines and visual style.
- Maintain and update brand assets, including logos, fonts, and color schemes, to ensure uniformity across all media.
- Assist in developing and refining the visual identity of the brand.

Print and Digital Media:
- Design and prepare print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards, ensuring they are print-ready.
- Create digital content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Optimize designs for different formats and platforms, ensuring high quality and visual appeal.

Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and provide design solutions.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and incorporate feedback to refine designs.

Software Proficiency:
- Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality visuals.
- Stay up-to-date with new design tools and software to improve workflow and creativity.
- Ensure all designs are delivered in the appropriate formats and resolutions for their intended use.

Market and Trend Awareness:
- Stay informed about industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Incorporate innovative design trends into projects where appropriate.
- Conduct research on target audiences to create relevant and effective visual content.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Collaborate with printers, developers, and other vendors to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Experience with both print and digital media design.
- Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Understanding of branding and visual identity development.
