Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Identify Business Need. Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- *Document Requirements:* Clearly document the business requirements in a way that is understandable for both business and technical teams.
- *Analyze Requirements:* Evaluate the requirements to ensure they are feasible and align with the organization's goals.
2. Process Mapping and Improvement:
- Map Current Processes: Document and analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Recommend Improvements: Propose process changes that can enhance productivity, reduce costs, or improve quality.
- *Design New Processes: Work on designing and implementing new processes that align with business objectives.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
- Facilitate Meetings:Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders to gather information, discuss requirements, and present findings.
- Liaise Between Teams: Serve as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned.
- Provide Updates: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, changes in requirements, and any potential issues.
4. Solution Evaluation and Implementation:
- Evaluate Solutions: Analyze potential solutions (including software, systems, and processes) to determine which best meets the business needs.
- Support Implementation: Assist in the implementation of solutions by ensuring they meet the documented requirements and are delivered on time.
- Conduct Testing: Help plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the solution works as expected.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze Data: Use data analysis techniques to provide insights that support business decisions.
- *Create Reports:* Develop reports and dashboards that help stakeholders understand the data and its implications for the business.
- Monitor KPIs: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of implemented solutions and identify areas for further improvement.
6. Change Management:
- Support Change Initiatives: Help manage the impact of change on the organization, ensuring a smooth transition when new processes or systems are introduced.
- Develop Training Materials: Assist in creating training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
- Gather Feedback:Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to assess the success of the changes and identify any further adjustments needed.
7. *Project Management Support:*
- Assist in Planning: Support project managers in planning and managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Track Progress: Monitor the progress of projects, identifying risks and issues that may impact the project’s success.
- Ensure Quality:Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that the final deliverables meet the business requirements.
8. Risk Management:
- Identify Risks:Identify potential risks associated with projects or proposed solutions.
- Mitigate Risks: Develop strategies to minimize risks and address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
9. Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate Outcomes: After implementing solutions, evaluate their effectiveness and suggest further improvements if necessary.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the business analysis process.
10. Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain Documentation:Ensure that all business analysis documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a business analysis role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
