Job Description

Key Accountabilities

·         Supporting the Commercial Director in achieving KPI’s for the department, through effective management of individual staff KPI’s to drive performance

·         Managing, motivating & identifying training needs for the sales department

·         Monitoring competitors and updating the Commercial Director to keep us ahead of the competition  

·         Responsible for the CRM database and ensuring that new leads are UpToDate for the team and qualified accurately and report this to the Commercial Director

·         To Lead by example and achieve 9 sales in a quarter

*Assisting with Sales strategy for company growth:

·         Support Sales team with networking and professional collaborators

·         Contribute to the general performance of the business.

·         Support junior members of the team to achieve KPIs

*  KPI & Data Management

·         Supporting with the training and KPI’s of the sales team

·         Responsible for the CRM database, ensuring it is maintained up to date and new leads are qualified and accurately recorded, reporting to the Commercial Director monthly.

·          Analyse lead quality and reporting to Commercial Director

* Management of the Sales department

·         Day to day management of the company’s UK sales teams, making sure all operations run smoothly

·         Understand the current UK property market

·         Being a brand ambassador for ERE and our services

* Communications  

·         Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, establishing strong    relationships and providing clear management and direction to influence and effect change

Overall Objective

To plan and monitor the performance of the sales department, ensuring KPI targets are achieved. It will be the sales managers responsibility to analyse the quality of the leads and the ability of the sales staff to convert leads to sales. Where necessary to coordinate with the Commercial Director for additional training or new strategies to get the most from the staff.

·         Performance of the sales team, achievement of their KPI’s

·         Growth of the UK sales team

Reports Required

Weekly by 2pm Wednesday

·         Weekly Pipeline reports

Monthly by 4th of the month

·         Prior month results and expected following months pipeline for both the sales
