Key Accountabilities

  • To hit monthly set sales targets
  • Following ERE’s processes & keeping the company CRM system updated and accurate
  • Keeping up to date on the UK property market and ERE stock
  • Build strong rapport with new & existing investors

Sales Performance Key Duties:

  • To close property investment deals to a mix of new clients and existing investors through a variety of business development activities
  • Hit your quarterly target of selling 9 units
  • Calling new leads each day to establish the needs of the investor
  • Keeping up to date on your Sales Wizard contacts making 30 + calls a day
  • Holding 5+ face to face meetings per week to present our current opportunities.
  • Seeking out collaboration partnerships to help promote ERE’s opportunities and expand your client reach.

Compliance & Processes

  • Keeping accurate records on the companies CRM system and updating own activity
  • Sending out reservation forms from the CRM system and checking they are completed correctly
  • Managing and producing reports on your own pipeline

UK Property market and ERE stock knowledge

  • Researching and understanding the current UK property market
  • To provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients in order to sell them effectively and ethically
  • Having a thorough understanding of ERE’s stock and being able to present detailed presentations on our offerings
  • To support the sales function with any promotional events and shows
  • Being a brand ambassador for ERE and our services

Customer Services

  • To respond promptly to enquiries and requests for information by sending out information packs, returning calls and sourcing information to relay back to clients
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing investors
  • Professionally promoting our services in the Sales & lettings business

Overall Objective

To sell properties in overseas and UK markets whilst also building strong relationships with new and existing investors, professionally promoting the services that ERE property can offer to investors, using expert knowledge in the property investment field to close new deals, whilst maintaining a healthy, long-term relationship with those clients.

  • Number of reservations taken in a month/quarter – Target 9 per quarter
  • Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of repeat business clients
  • Number of calls recorded on sales wizard
  • Number of meetings attended
  • Number of Collaboration agreements signed
