Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Technical Recruiters who specialize in hiring across diverse tech domains. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in technical recruitment—preferably from a staffing or consultancy environment—and the ability to manage the end-to-end hiring cycle for fast-growing engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for a wide range of technology roles (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Cloud, QA, etc.)
- Execute both active and passive sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, AngelList, etc.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist technical candidates based on role requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to deeply understand technical needs and team dynamics.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline with quick turnaround times.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Maintain records, dashboards, and performance metrics using the ATS and internal systems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience.
- Proven success in hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, and Product Engineers.
- Prior experience with a staffing or consultancy firm is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
