The Role

We're looking for a Tech Lead who leads by doing. Someone who architects systems, ships code, uses AI tools as a force multiplier, and brings a team along with them. You'll own the technical delivery of client products end to end — from scoping to deployment — while setting the bar for quality and speed on your team.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of web and mobile products for global clients
• Architect scalable systems — from database design to API contracts to frontend structure
• Use AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, v0, Claude) daily and drive adoption across your team
• Integrate LLM APIs and AI features into production-grade products
• Review code, set standards, and mentor 3–6 engineers
• Work directly with clients — translate business requirements into technical decisions
• Own delivery timelines, technical risk, and product quality
• Collaborate with design, product, and QA to ship without cutting corners

You're a Fit If

• You have 4–8 years of engineering experience with at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior role
• You've led delivery of at least one full product — not just a module
• You actively use AI coding tools and push your team to do the same
• You can write clean code yourself — you don't just delegate and review
• You communicate well with non-technical stakeholders and clients
• You think in systems: scalability, maintainability, trade-offs, not just feature completion
• You thrive in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment

Bonus Points

• Experience building AI-powered or LLM-integrated products
• Hands-on with Flutter or React Native for mobile
• Exposure to healthcare, fintech, or logistics product domains
• Prior experience at a startup or product engineering company
• Strong GitHub profile or open source contributions
