We build real products for real clients. EngineerBabu is a Google AI Accelerator 2024 company, CMMI Level 5 certified, with 75+ YC-backed startups shipped. We're not looking for someone who just knows syntax — we're looking for sharp, curious builders who communicate well, learn fast, and use AI tools to punch above their weight.

The Role

This is not a typical fresher role. We want junior engineers who are hungry, communicative, and already using AI tools to build things. If you've built a project using Cursor or v0, explained your code clearly to a non-technical person, or shipped something on your own — we want to talk to you.

Experience matters less than attitude, clarity, and the ability to get things done.

What You'll Do

• Build features across frontend and backend under the guidance of a tech lead
• Use AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, v0, ChatGPT) to write, debug, and improve code faster
• Participate in client calls and stand-ups — communicate progress clearly
• Take ownership of small modules and ship them end to end
• Write clean, readable code and learn from code reviews
• Ask smart questions, document what you learn, and level up fast

Tech Stack (we'll train, but basics expected)

HTML / CSS / JavaScript · React basics · Node.js basics · REST APIs · Git · Any one database (MySQL / MongoDB / PostgreSQL) · AI tools: Cursor / Copilot / ChatGPT / v0

You're a Fit If

• You're 0–2 years into your career — freshers with strong projects are welcome
• You've built at least one project end to end — college, freelance, or personal
• You use AI tools actively to build and learn — not just to copy-paste answers
• You communicate clearly in English — written and spoken
• You're proactive: you Google before you ask, and you ask smart questions when stuck
• You're based in Indore or willing to relocate — this is a full-time, in-office role
• You want to grow fast and take on more responsibility quickly

Bonus Points

• Any live project, deployed app, or GitHub portfolio
• Freelance or internship experience
• Built something with an API — weather app, chatbot, anything real
• Good scores in DSA or competitive programming
• Active on LinkedIn, GitHub, or any builder community
