Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Flutter Engineer to join our in-house development team at our Indore office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, and will play a key role in designing and developing high-performance apps for Android and iOS platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter

·       Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences

·       Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices

·       Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and efficiency

·       Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members

·       Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs

·       Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends

Requirements

·       1-2 years of professional experience in mobile app development using Flutter

·       Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter SDK

·       Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries

·       Familiarity with state management techniques (Provider, Bloc, GetX, etc.)

·       Experience in deploying apps on Play Store and App Store

·       Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

·       Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Good to Have/Preferred

·       Prior experience with Flutter web.

·       Android Kotlin and IOS knowledge

·       Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend services

·       Contribution to open-source projects or personal mobile app portfolio
