Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure a strong match with job requirements and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing necessary information to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to negotiate and prepare employment offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and timely offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Participate in employer branding activities, including career fairs, campus events, and online initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for various positions.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with hiring managers and candidates.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- The results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires within specified timelines.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
