Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is smart, proactive, and confident in communicating with global clients.
You will handle lead qualification, client communication, proposals, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
Handle inbound leads from website, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Supersourcing, and GetProjects.ai.
Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and requirements.
Maintain CRM entries and follow-up sequences.
Client Communication
Schedule discovery calls, demos, and proposal walkthroughs.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (tech, design, SEO).
Handle WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn communication professionally.
Proposal & Documentation
Prepare proposals, SOWs, BRDs with the help of tech and product teams.
Share cost estimates and timelines based on standard templates.
Negotiate pricing and finalize scope clarity.
Deal Closing
Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly closures.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for upsell/cross-sell.
Coordinate payment milestones and onboarding.
Market Research
Identify potential markets and industry segments for outreach.
Research competitor offerings and maintain an understanding of client needs.
Required Skills
Excellent spoken & written communication (English mandatory).
Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, mobile app/web development processes.
Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp Business, and email sequences.
Confident in client calls, demos, and handling objections.
Strong follow-up discipline.
Ability to work closely with founders, delivery teams, and marketing.
Good to Have
Experience selling to US/UK/UAE/Australia clients.
Familiarity with proposals, fixed-cost / monthly pricing, and SOW creation.
Basic understanding of SDLC, UI/UX, tech stacks (Flutter, React, Node, etc.).
Experience with platforms like Clutch, Upwork, Supersourcing, Apollo, HubSpot.
