We are scaling our sales engine and need sharp, outbound-first people to drive the top of our pipeline.
What This Role Is
You will be responsible for finding enterprise accounts that are actively hiring or expanding, getting in front of the right decision-makers, and converting cold outreach into qualified meetings for our Sales team. This is a high-activity, target-driven inside sales role. You will live on LinkedIn, email, and the phone — and you will be measured on results, not effort.
What You Will Do
- Run high-volume outbound outreach daily — calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Identify accounts showing hiring signals: GCC expansions, new tech investments, leadership changes, job postings
- Build targeted contact lists — HR Heads, TA Leaders, Engineering VPs, Procurement Heads at enterprise accounts
- Execute structured outreach cadences across channels and follow up relentlessly
- Run short discovery calls to qualify fitment — understand hiring needs, team structure, and current vendor landscape
- Book qualified meetings on the Sales Head's calendar and ensure clean handoffs
- Maintain CRM hygiene — every touchpoint logged, every follow-up scheduled
- Share weekly account intelligence with the team — new signals, warm accounts, reasons to reach out now
What We Will Measure You On
Metric Target
- Outbound calls 15–20 per day
- LinkedIn outreaches 25–30 per month
- Qualified meetings booked 7–8 per month
- SQLs / opportunities created 3–4 per month
- New hiring accounts influenced 3–4 per month
A qualified meeting means: decision-maker attended, active hiring requirement exists, and a staffing partnership opportunity has been identified.
Who You Are
- 1–4 years in inside sales, SDR, BDR, lead generation, or staffing sales
- High outbound activity is natural to you — calls, emails, LinkedIn are your daily tools
- Strong written and spoken communication in English
- You follow up without being told to — and you follow up smart, not just often
- You understand B2B sales cycles and know how to talk to senior stakeholders
- Target-driven — you know your numbers and you own them
- LinkedIn is not just a job board for you, it is a prospecting tool you use well
