ENERKNOL IS SEEKING AN ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR OUR NEW YORK OFFICE.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO IMMERSE YOURSELF IN THE EXCITING AND CONSTANTLY-EVOLVING ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY AND INFO-TECH SECTORS.
 
AS AN ACCOUNT MANAGER, YOUR MAIN ROLE IS MANAGING ALL ASPECTS OF CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS. YOU WILL SERVE AS THE “FACE” OF ENERKNOL AND WILL DELIVER EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. YOU WILL COORDINATE TEAM EFFORTS IN ORDER TO ADDRESS CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS THROUGHOUT THEIR SUBSCRIPTION TERM, INCLUDING TRAINING, USER SUPPORT, AND MAINTENANCE. YOU WILL ALSO DEVELOP PLANS TO MAXIMIZE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES WITH EACH CUSTOMER IN ORDER TO MEET REVENUE TARGETS.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • MANAGE CUSTOMER RELATIONS FOR ASSIGNED COMPANY ACCOUNTS
  • ONBOARD NEW CUSTOMERS ONTO THE PLATFORM
  • CREATE REVENUE GROWTH THROUGH UPSELLS AND EXPANSION
  • CREATE AND MAINTAIN CUSTOMER PIPELINE
  • GATHER CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AND REPORT THEM TO PRODUCT TEAM
  • MAINTAIN THOROUGH AND UP TO DATE KNOWLEDGE ON OUR PLATFORM, INTEGRATIONS, FUNCTIONALITY, AND OVERALL ROADMAP
 
QUALIFICATIONS
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN B2B ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT OR PRODUCT MANAGEMENT OR SALES
  • POSITIVE WORK ETHIC, AMBITIOUS AND PASSIONATE ATTITUDE
  • EXCELLENT LISTENING, NEGOTIATION AND PRESENTATION SKILLS
  • CRM AND DATA REPORTING EXPERTISE
  • STRATEGIC, RESULTS-ORIENTED, TEAM PLAYER
