We're seeking an experienced professional with a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a creative flair. If you have a proven track record in running successful Google Ad, YouTube Ad, and Facebook Ad campaigns, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Paid Ad Strategy:
● Strategize and optimize Facebook Ad and Google Ads campaigns to meet business goals
● Develop and optimize keyword strategy for our products
● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
● Monitor competitor activity across digital platforms
● Configure event tracking via pixels or Google Analytics custom events to track campaign results

Data Analysis and Optimization:
● Monitor campaign performance using digital marketing tools (Facebook
Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
● Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate
optimization for running campaigns
● Proactively report project progress, findings, and recommendations to drive
company growth
● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against
goals (ROI and KPIs)

Research:
● Perform continuous qualitative and quantitative analysis for data, trends, and
competitors
● Keep up to date with the latest knowledge, skills, and platforms in the industry

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Media Studies, Computer Science,
Business Studies, or equivalent
● Minimum 3 years of working experience in digital ads campaign management
● Google and Facebook Certification is necessary

● Proficient in Facebook Ads/Business Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads,
SEO, SEM
● Proficient in HTML/CSS will be an added advantage
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to take ownership of assigned projects/campaigns
● Possesses a creative mindset and passion for digital marketing
● Proficiency in using Google Analytics, AppsFlyer
● Candidate who has less experience will be consider a role for Paid Advertising Executive! RM 4,500 - 6,500)
