Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As our first internal SDR, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our sales channels. You will be responsible for driving sales of 3D printers, filaments, and related services through a multi-pronged approach. This includes developing relationships with resellers/dealers, boosting direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, and collaborating with partners on strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of 3D printers and filaments through reseller/dealer channels.
* Actively prospect and onboard new resellers and dealers to expand our sales network.
* Manage and nurture relationships with existing resellers and dealers.
* Drive D2C sales on our company website through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
* Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales of consumables (e.g., filaments).
* Collaborate with dealers to develop and execute co-branded sales events and marketing initiatives.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends.
* Prepare presentations and proposals to showcase our products and services.
* Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
* Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with CRM software a plus.
* Passion for 3D printing technology (a plus).
