We are looking for a metric-driven, resourceful, and inquisitive candidate who loves problem solving to join our team! The focus of this position is to research, source and build a pipeline of talent. Looking for someone who enjoys doing research, automating processes, using technology and analyzing data and who will bring new ideas/suggestions to the table. Ability to train others on new processes/procedures and by using a combination of up-and-coming tools, technology, and workflow.

What you’ll be doing:
--Lead Talent Researcher – own sourcing pipeline and assist recruiters
--Research and build competitive matrix maps for companies operated by our clientele
--Identify and source qualified candidates for openings using LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, Hiretual and other sourcing techniques
--Leverage a variety of passive sourcing methods, techniques, and technologies to build a diverse slate of candidates and long-term pipelines
--Maintain candidate & client databases within our ATS (tagging, category assignment, staging)
--Produce “attraction” based job postings and post them to the appropriate websites.
--Proactively build and cultivate diverse networks while identifying top talent for our pipeline
--Trade Show research, preparation, appointment setting, follow up
Who we are: Ellevate Executive Search is an executive search firm that focuses on one of the hottest fields in the US economy – healthcare technology. We recruit salespeople for our clients, who sell software, products or services into the healthcare space. Many of our clients are startups but we have some larger clients as well.
Who you are & what you’ll bring:
--Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other souring techniques such as Boolean, and data mining to build robust talent pipelines
--Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) / CRMs
--Able to work collaboratively as well as independently
--Thinks outside the box for tools, outreach, strategies
--Resourceful – think beyond restrictions
--Curious – inquisitive about everything
--Tech Savvy – not a wizard, but conscious about tech and has the ability to learn
