- Chat/call registered users to explain the educational offerings company has.
- Collect information from the clients to understand their requirements.
- Add contacts, administer and update client details, opportunities, etc., on CRM.
- Book classes with tutors matching the specifications.
- Support them to access and use Microsoft Teams and Learning Management System.
- Regularly chat/call the existing clients for feedback and to motivate.
- Resolve customer complaints brought to attention.
- Create policies and procedures.
- Up-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Work on lead generation and qualification.
- Close sales using multiple mediums like telephone (VoIP), chat, social media, and web.
- Monitor social media activities to respond as required.
- Conduct research as required for apps, web, competition, etc.
- Daily reporting on the activities performed.
- Flexible to work in different time zones with clients from diverse backgrounds.
