Position: General Manager – RE Projects (Solar and Wind)

Must have: Techno-commercial hands-on experience of 8-10 years in management, procurement, project implementation and maintenance, regulatory affairs and identification of business opportunities.

Good to have: Knowledge in power trading exchanges is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management, procurement, project implementation, and maintenance of solar and wind energy projects.
• Lead regulatory affairs related to renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, suppliers, and clients.
• Manage the financial performance of projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Participate in power trading exchanges and optimize trading strategies to maximize revenue.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• 8-10 years of techno-commercial experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar and wind projects.
• Proven track record in project management, including planning, execution, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory affairs and compliance in the renewable energy industry.
• Experience in procurement and supply chain management for energy projects.
