Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution and maintenance of solar power projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on site experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders—to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and updates for internal tracking and client communication.

• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement timely, effective solutions to prevent delays.

• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all project sites.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• 3–4 years of relevant site experience in solar project execution and maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, installation methods, and maintenance practices.

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and organizational abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with project management tools/software is a plus.
