Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Manager – Renewable Energy Projects to lead the execution and maintenance of solar energy projects. The role demands strong on-site experience, project management capabilities, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution, installation, and commissioning of solar projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality compliance.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project implementation.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.

• Identify and troubleshoot on-site issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted execution.

• Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols across all project sites.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• 3–4 years of relevant on-site experience in solar project execution and operations & maintenance.

• Solid understanding of solar PV systems, installation procedures, and O&M practices.

• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with project management tools or software is a plus.
