Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Manager – Renewable Energy Projects to lead the execution and maintenance of solar projects. The role requires strong on-site experience, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution, installation, and commissioning of solar projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality compliance.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project implementation.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide timely updates for internal use and client communication.

• Identify and troubleshoot on-site challenges, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted project execution.

• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols across all project sites.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• 3–4 years of relevant on-site experience in solar project execution and operations & maintenance.

• Solid understanding of solar PV systems, installation practices, and O&M processes.

• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

• Familiarity with project management tools/software is a plus.
