Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven leader to spearhead our solar and wind energy projects. If you’re passionate about renewable energy and have the expertise to manage complex projects from ideation to execution, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of solar and wind energy projects—from planning and procurement to execution and maintenance—ensuring delivery on quality, cost, and timeline goals.

• Regulatory Compliance: Lead all regulatory processes, ensuring that projects comply with local, national, and international requirements.

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in the renewable energy space to drive strategic growth and profitability.

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, regulators, suppliers, and clients.

• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and optimize resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

• Power Trading: Participate in energy trading platforms, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to improve portfolio performance and revenue.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience: 8–10 years of techno-commercial experience in the renewable energy sector, with a solid background in managing solar and wind projects.

• Project Execution: Proven ability to lead large-scale renewable energy projects successfully.

• Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

• Procurement & Supply Chain: Practical experience in vendor management, procurement, and supply chain logistics.

• Bonus: Prior experience with power trading platforms or energy trading is highly desirable.
