As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way which builds brand awareness. Your role will also involve creating digital content, including text posts, video, and images for use on social media; promoting our products and services to our online community; and monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews.

 

Responsibilities:

• Brand & Product Introduction: Understand our company's products, unique selling propositions, brand guidelines, and target audience.

• Brand Partnerships & Collaborations: Engage directly with brands for collaborations and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.

• Influencer Marketing & Ambassador Program: Manage and develop relationships with key influencers and ambassadors. Understand the company's approach towards influencer marketing.

• Social Media Channels Review: Review and manage the company's social media channels, strategize and execute innovative engagement strategies.

• Scouts Program: Engage with colleges and other institutions, train and understand the Scouts program.

• Community Engagement: Interact with community members daily. Respond to comments and customer queries promptly.

• Content Creation: Create engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.

• Analytics: Track and analyze community engagement metrics to guide strategy and enhance community growth and engagement.

• Event Planning & Management: Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.

• Crisis Management: Respond to crises that emerge within the community, resolving conflicts promptly and professionally.
