Ecowiser, a part of ThrivingZen (OPC) Private Limited is an organization that makes sustainable living hassle-free and affordable. Ecowiser provides sustainable product recommendations across fashion, food, personal care, and household products.

We are looking for a driven, eager technology professional who wants to work in a diverse team of sustainability-focused personnel. We are building a scalable software product targeted toward the US/European consumer markets, to help promote sustainable and ethical consumption. You will be working fully remotely and networking with INSEAD graduates, doctors, entrepreneurs and ex-Google employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement robust marketing and growth plans to bolster our extension's user base and engagement levels.
• Chrome Web Store Optimization (CWSO): Ensure our extension's prominence on the Chrome Web Store by refining its listing, focusing on improved rankings, user reviews, and overall visibility.
• User Acquisition: Utilize organic marketing channels, build partnerships, initiate influencer collaborations, and employ other innovative tactics to magnetize new users.
• Retention Strategies: Create and set in motion campaigns tailored to engage and retain our current users, aiming to minimise churn and augment lifetime user value.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with market trends in sustainable living, digital marketing, and Chrome extension dynamics to ensure Ecowiser's strategies remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, marketing, or growth roles, preferably with Chrome extensions.
• Comprehensive understanding of user acquisition techniques and growth strategies.
• Passion for sustainability and eco-conscious living.
• Exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation acumen.
