We are looking for Kindergarten English Teachers for an international kindergarten based in Chengdu. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2023 in Chengdu.

Job responsibilities

Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will:

• Core responsibilities: Complete all assigned tasks involved with all the above roles and the responsibilities of each role on time, efficiently and to a high standard of quality. Build deep understanding and awareness of all school curriculum documents, policies, procedures. Primary responsibilities include:
• Planning –Planning including, but not limited to, English Learning unit objective plans, full unit overviews, English daily teaching and English learning plans etc.
• English Language teaching – take full, sole responsibility for the quality of all aspects of student English language learning.
• Resources: plan all necessary English learning and teaching resources needed for the classroom well in advance and ensure they are in place as and when needed.
• Learning environment – create a high-quality English learning environment and ensure the classroom is resourced and organized as required.

Requirements

• Applicants must be able to provide criminal background check
• University degree in any subject;
• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA over 120 hours or Major in Education or Recognized Teaching License or Minimum 2 years teaching kindergarten/primary school in a second language setting, and with Stamped (in China) or Signed Reference Letter;
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Working experience in English-teaching; Passion for Children Education

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 21,000 to 26,000 RMB depending on experience and qualifications
