Eastern Analytics, Inc. is a data analytics company with over 25 years of experience. We specialize in Solution Architecture, Data Engineering, Dashboards & Visualizations and Machine Learning with a focus on Microsoft Azure/Fabric, Databricks & Power BI.

Key functions: 

  • Actively reach out to prospects to build awareness of company and services.
  • Cultivate a pipeline of prospects, customers and engagements.
  • Promote and effectively sell services using established techniques while working with the marketing team and management to increase effectiveness.
  • Meet performance metrics for outbound calls, emails and communications.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to requests and proposals.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to drive recognition of Eastern Analytics.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, others.
  • Use Microsoft Teams to effectively schedule meetings between prospects, management and team leads.
  • Resolve customer concerns in an expedited and professional manner.
  • Work with the marketing team to target accounts based on industry, need, and intent.
  • Actively maintain and keep key tasks updated in CRM.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of Inside Sales and Lead Generation selling IT related Services.
  • At least 2-3 years of face-to-face experience in inside (B2B) sales and lead generation.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or IT professional services.
  • At least 3 years in customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office/365 and Office tools.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Azure, and Databricks preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Ability to travel to trade shows and conferences as needed.
  • Must be a Massachusetts resident.
