Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
· Reports to the Sales Manager
· Manage existing customer base to continually grow market share
· Greet customers and help with customer’s request
· Sell prefabricated items in the supply shop
· Take customer sales orders and generate invoices ensuring correct quantities and descriptions
· Receive customer payments and follow up with customer after finished product is delivered
· Record delivery information for drivers and schedule delivers in accordance with drivers’ schedule
· Estimate delivery of product according to schedule of production
· Resolve customer complaints collaborating with manufacturing and quality control
· Continuously increase knowledge of company products, services, and procedures
· Perform other related duties as required or assigned by the Sales Manager
Position Requirements:
· 1+ years of sales experience
· A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred but not required OR High School Diploma/GED plus related field experience
· Ability to lift 50 lbs.
· Flow of work and character of duties involve the coordination of manual dexterity and normal mental and visual attention
· Great technical skills and ability to learn quickly
· Fingering (55 percent of time spent on keyboard), seeing, sitting, talking and walking
· Bilingual in English and Spanish required

· Product portfolio knowledge – ability to learn what are products are and how they work quickly to provide service management to our customers
