Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fullstack Development Trainer located in Indore. The Fullstack Development Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on fullstack development, creating and updating curriculum content, and staying current with industry trends. The role involves developing training materials, conducting assessments, providing constructive feedback, and supporting students throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver interactive training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React/Angular, SQL/NoSQL Databases, and related tools.
- Train students on end-to-end full stack development including frontend, backend, and database management.
- Develop course materials, case studies, coding assignments, and real-world projects.
- Guide students in solving coding problems, debugging, and building applications.
- Mentor students in live projects, hackathons, and bootcamps to make them industry-ready.
- Continuously update training content based on the latest industry practices and technologies.
- Provide feedback and support to help students improve their skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven industry or teaching experience in Java-based full stack development.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, JavaScript (React/Angular preferred), HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Git/GitHub, Maven/Gradle, and deployment platforms.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Passion for teaching and developing talent in the IT field.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Prior experience in edtech training or mentoring.
