Responsibilities:
- Counseling & Admissions:
- Counsel students and parents regarding aviation, hospitality, and retail training programs.
- Provide detailed information about courses, career prospects, and admission procedures.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively addressing student concerns and queries.
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Center Coordination & Operations:
- Oversee daily administrative activities at the center, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Maintain student records, admission details, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with trainers, staff, and management to ensure an organized learning environment.
- Handle student queries and grievances, providing quick resolutions.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Sales & Marketing Support:
- Contribute to student outreach and engagement activities to increase enrollments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and branding initiatives.
- Assist in social media engagement and event planning.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
